Fares 'more contained', says Harmer
The Isle of Man Steam Packet's fast craft, Manannan, will resume daily sailings to Liverpool this week.
That route will be reinstated from Friday (29), with the first sailing scheduled for three o'clock, followed by a return leg at 19:15.
Manannan will also take trips to Ireland, including Belfast from Sunday 7 April and Dublin from Thursday 18 April.
Speaking on Manx Radio's Perspective programme, Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer said prices would be more contained now the company is under government ownership:
