Hopes for wide-spread take-up of initiative
The Mann Cat Sanctuary is hoping to encourage cat owners to consider neutering their pets, through providing a low-cost solution.
The campaign is aimed especially at households on low incomes, who may otherwise be deterred from doing so by the price of the procedure.
Darryl Hill, from the sanctuary says he hopes the initiative will prove popular around the Island.
In addition, a chip for the cat is optional - included in the £25 fee.
