Vision Awareness Week 8-13 September
Accessibility on the Island for those who are visually impaired is 'a way behind' according to a member of the Manx Blind Welfare Society.
Dave Wilson is Resource Officer for the charity, and has been talking about Vision Awareness Week, which takes place from the 8-13 September.
The organisation's theme for this year is 'making the Island more accessible'.
Mr Wilson says there's a general misunderstanding of what is required to do this:

Manx Radio to 'formally investigate' complaint from veteran broadcaster
Temporary ambulance station established at Castletown Coastguard Station
Owners advised to keep pets out of river
Nearly £165k spent on AI subscriptions
