Jade Burden prepared to take on European contest
One of the Isle of Man's star boxers will come up against top international competition this week.
Jade Burden sets off today (30 November) to compete in the Algarve Box Cup in Portugal which runs from 2-4 December.
After impressing for the Island in the Commonwealth Games this summer, Jade also went on to beat former three-time national youth champion Sian O'Toole in her last bout in October.
Jade told Manx Radio she's confident in her abilities and approach and is hoping to get some good results:
