Health body CEO appears in front of Tynwald's Public Accounts Committee
Manx Care admits it is 'really hard' to assess value for money within the health service using the current system.
It's something the Sir Jonathan Michael report alluded to in 2019 which set out the need for a complete health transformation.
The Department of Health and Social Care has previously said the Isle of Man is 'a long way' off from accurately determining service costs.
Manx Care's Chief Executive Teresa Cope says the health body is hampered by the lack of data:
