Director of Nursing says there are solutions
Manx Care's Director of Nursing believes 'chronic' staffing shortages will take a 'long time' to resolve.
Paul Moore says he's 'concerned' for the quality of care the health service can provide.
Over the weekend, Manx Care appealed for help from registered nurses to come to work.
