Chief executive calls on staff to come forward with confidence
Manx Care says changes to the culture within the organisation are essential to maintaining its workforce.
Earlier this year the results of a survey from the British Medical Association which measured cultural engagement were leaked.
It accused Manx Care of 'blame culture', allowing discrimination and providing 'fake support'.
