Health minister says it could take a few days to respond
The health minister says Manx Care is currently considering a counter offer from the British Medical Association.
Its members are currently planning strike action on the Island next week for the first time in history.
The BMA says it's because the health body has failed to produce a 'credible pay offer', and is asking for a 12.6 percent uplift.
