Healthcare costs expected to rise by £25m in 2024-25 period
Manx Care's latest financial figures show the healthcare provider is on course for an £18.7million overspend this financial year.
The board's management accounts for May forecast a total spend of £365.6 against a budget of just under £347million.
The predictions include £5million of savings identified as part of a cost improvement programme.
It's expected healthcare costs will increase by more than £25million this year.
