Claims it took more than four months to return information
Manx Care has been served with an Urgent Enforcement Notice for failing to allow someone access to their personal information.
The report, from the Information Commissioner, is dated 17 August and comes less than two weeks after the health body came under fire for its GDPR responses.
Manx Care is said to have taken more than four months to return the information requested by the data subject.
Amongst several claims of errors in the process the commissioner says Manx Care didn't 'undertake sufficient targeted searches and failed to take simple logical steps' in its response.
It's requested the organisation returns the information as a matter of urgency.
Further delay of more than 30 days, it adds, could cause the individual 'additional damage or distress'.

A Manx Care spokesperson told Manx Radio:
"Manx Care acknowledges the urgent enforcement notice, and can confirm it has provided the required information."
