Cope claims it should have received extra £55 million this year
Manx Care says it wouldn't have an overspend if it had been properly funded in the first place.
The Island's healthcare provider was given £308 million by Treasury but is expected to spend £330 million this financial year.
An independent review of health and social care in 2019 made a number of recommendations including a new funding structure for Manx Care.
But Chief Executive Teresa Cope says it's still being underfunded:
