Chief executive says talks have been a source of 'stress and anxiety'
Manx Care says it doesn't want to be negotiating pay awards late into the financial year again next year.
The healthcare provider reached an agreement with the Royal College of Nursing in the autumn, while around of third of its workers are covered by the Public Services Commission deal announced in October.
However, an offer made to medical and dental staff has been rejected, with Manx Care unable to put a revised pay offer on the table.
