Director of Nursing says the change could ease staffing pressures
The Island may need healthcare workers that are 'less specialised and more generic' to meet the Manx public's needs.
That's from Manx Care's Director of Nursing, who's been discussing staffing pressures at the organisation's board meeting.
As well as current challenges, concerns were raised at the meeting about long-term recruitment.
