Globally the number of people getting vaccinated for any illness has gone down
Manx Care is urging people to make sure they've had their measles vaccine.
It's as outbreaks in the UK continue to cause a concern.
There are currently no active cases on the Isle of Man.
The healthcare provider says uptake of vaccines in general has fallen since the Covid-19 pandemic.
