Five new nurses recruited to short-staffed department
Recruiting new staff shows Manx Care is serious about providing a compliant Emergency Department.
That's the view of the healthcare board's Director of Nursing, Paul Moore.
Five newly-recruited nurses are due to take up positions in A&E at Noble's Hospital in the coming weeks.
Following the publication of a report criticising the culture and leadership in the department, Mr Moore says it's a positive sign that new recruits want to come to the ED:
