The pay deal is for the current financial year
Manx Radio understands that Manx Care has issued a four percent pay offer to Manx Pay Terms and Conditions (MPTC) and National Joint Council (NJC) workers for the 2024/25 period.
Employees who have left the health service since 1 April 2024 will not be eligible for the pay award, which remains consistent with previous offers.
Manx Radio approached Manx Care for comment.
A spokesperson for the health body said: "We can confirm that an offer of four percent has been made to Manx Pay Terms and Conditions / National Joint Council colleagues but is subject to agreement by staff side at this time."
