The health minister has defended the wording of Manx Care's Mandate around the frequency of cancer screenings.
Plans to decrease the frequency of tests for breast or cervical cancer were noted in the document - something Public Health says it has not recommended 'at this time'.
It sparked concern from the public, backbench MHKs and charities following its publication along with the Operating Plan for the year ahead.
The Mandate is issued by the Department of Health and Social Care to the health body.
Speaking in the House of Keys (11 March) Claire Christian said the wording raised no red flags to her or anyone else in her department:
