Concerns over demand for 'Instagram smiles'
A Manx dentist has joined a number of others in the profession warning against ordering clear braces over the internet.
It's been claimed a rising trend for, so-called, 'Instagram smiles' is leaving people with permanent damage.
Some websites offer the aligners at around 60 per cent cheaper than brand leaders such as Invisalign.
