Ian Plenderleith insists consumers must have a say
The managing director of Manx Gas insists he'll always listen to feedback from customers.
The utility company confirmed consumers will soon be given the option to return to the old unit tariff system instead of the controversial banded standing charges.
Ian Plenderlieth, who took charge of the company last year, insists Manx Gas performs well when compared to UK gas firms, with few supply outages.
However, he says the organisation has an obligation to listen to its customers:
