Sarah Maltby the 'official Manx Labour Party candidate for the area'
A Labour party candidate has declared her intention to stand in the 2021 general election.
Thirty-five-year-old Sarah Maltby is a Senior Education Support Officer at Ballakermeen High School.
It's the first official declaration ahead of the election this September.
She's to stand in the Douglas South constituency, with her election proposer her father, and former Tynwald member, David Cretney.
Mrs Maltby has outlined 'the availability of affordable housing, childcare, pre-school provision, maternity and paternity rights' are some of her key priorities.
