
Manx sausages, mince and burgers have been tested for traces of horse meat - and all passed the checks.
The Government's Food Safety Sampling Officer had to buy special testing kits to examine the samples, which came from all the local producers.
It follows the row in the UK after horse meat was found at various outlets in the UK, including major supermarkets.
