A group of six women from the Isle of Man completed the "Everest of swimming" this weekend by crossing the English channel for charity.
The Manx Minkies set off from Dover and arrived in Cape Gris Nez in France 12 hours and 47 minutes later.
The group took up the 22-mile challenge to raise funds for people with spinal cord injuries.
Team Manager Jill Bunyan says the group smashed their target of £10,000.
