DEFA hopes for take-up of Energy Efficiency Scheme
The government is still in discussion over plans for a huge wind turbine array inside the 12-mile limit.
It comes as the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture tries once more to get takers for its Energy Efficiency Scheme.
DEFA has admitted it got it wrong previously, attracting only two Manx homes for its grants.
It says it's confident the scheme will attract more takers this time.
Meanwhile, DEFA Minister Geoffrey Boot says the turbine array, planned for Manx waters, still has some hurdles to overcome
