Five top targets for next four years
The Isle of Man Constabulary has outlined five aims for the next four years to shape policing on the Island.
The targets were revealed in the 2019-2023 Strategic Plan.
Preventing harm and tackling serious offending are two of the five strategic aims outlined in the document.
The Manx police force also wants to create a culture of continuous improvement, become digitally enabled and build a stronger workforce.
Chief Constable Gary Roberts hopes these priorities will help the police deal with the challenges and opportunities they're likely to face over the next four years.
He adds that the support from Treasury in this year's budget has enabled the Constabulary to take significant steps towards this plan.
