Chance to promote Island fare
Eight local businesses will head to London tomorrow (17 Mar) to showcase their produce at the International Food and Drink Event for 2019.
Laxey Flour, Foraging Vintners and Close Leece Farm among others, will represent the Isle of Man with its first-ever Manx exhibition.
It will appear alongside 1,100 other food and beverage stalls from across the British Isles.
Twenty-seven thousand people are expected to attend across the three-day festival, which is held at the ExCel centre in the east of the city.
Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister Geoffrey Boot says the event provides a good opportunity to promote the Island and its food:
