Public Health launches Winter Health guidance page
Certain people in the Isle of Man should consider taking a vitamin D supplement in the winter months.
Older people living in residential settings may particularly benefit.
It comes as Public Health launches a dedicated web page with guidance about how we can stay healthier.
Director Dr Henrietta Ewart says while vitamin D may prove useful for some, there is no evidence to support it being given out free of charge:
