
An event set to be the largest celebration of culture and arts in the Island’s history has an official media partner.
National broadcaster Manx Radio has been tasked with bringing to air a huge array of talent across all walks of life for next year’s Island of Culture celebrations.
The event will highlight the breadth of talent active across all the arts in the Island, at all levels.
The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra will visit and there are plans to mark the 150th anniversary of the birth of Archibald Knox.
Event director Michael Lees and Manx Radio’s controller of programming Marc Tyley say the station tie-up is an obvious link:
