Manx Radio was also nominated in the Best News Special or Campaign category for ‘Motiv8: Breaking Down the Stigma Around Addiction’ (Lewis Foster) and Life Means Life: A Victim’s Story’ (Chanelle Sukhoo).
Manx Radio’s Director of Programming, News & Content Alex Brindley said: “We’re over the moon at Siobhan’s success at the awards.
“Being recognised at such a high-profile international awards ceremony is something Siobhan, Manx Radio and the Island can be justifiably proud of.
“Likewise, we’re extremely proud of Chanelle and Lewis who were also nominated for awards at this year’s ceremony.
“It demonstrates the high standards of journalism that exist here on the Island and how that’s acknowledged in the wider industry, further afield.”
