An MHK says Manx residents 'cannot be left behind' as government looks to expand the Isle of Man's population and create 5,000 new jobs.
Treasury says data from the currently unpublished March Labour Market Report shows long-term unemployment is down to 17 people - a 20-year low.
It was recently revealed the Island has no 'return-to-work' schemes in place to help long-term unemployed people looking to re-enter the workplace.
