Former Guernsey States member calls for MPs for Crown Dependencies
Manx residents have a 'human right' to have a say on matters affecting them.
That's the view of a former Guernsey politician campaigning for the Crown Dependencies and British Overseas Territories to have their own MPs in the British parliament.
Anthony Webber has drafted a bill calling for nine new constituencies to be created in Westminster, including one for the Isle of Man.
