Laxey and Dhoon Schools shortlisted as most sustainable in British Isles
Two Island primary schools are shortlisted for an award for their environmental work.
Laxey and Dhoon Schools feature in the Sustainable Schools category at the TES Schools Awards 2019.
The Laxey and Dhoon Federation is one of eight bodies from across the British Isles nominated for the prize.
Headteacher Max Kelly says the work of the schools isn't about winning prizes:
