VisitIOM believes route will be popular with business and leisure travellers
A Manx travel operator believes Heathrow is still an important destination for the Island.
Flybe announced earlier today that it will be introducing daily flights between Ronaldsway and the UK's busiest airport from 21 April.
It will be the first time direct flights have operated between Heathrow and the Isle of Man since March 2002.
