Authority says proposals were filed last week
Manx Utilities has submitted a planning application for a new sewage treatment works in Garff.
The authority says the proposals were submitted through the planning portal on 31 July.
Discussions with impacted landowners have been ongoing, and some changes have been made to the pipeline routes.
The application is yet to be published on government's planning website.
