Steam Packet confirms new vessel will be handed over to them in South Korea
The new Steam Packet vessel due to enter service later this year remains on schedule to be delivered to the ferry operator next month.
The Manxman recently underwent sea trials in South Korea ahead of its 18,000-mile trip to the Island, which is expected to take 30 days.
Having previously announced the Manxman would be delivered to the Steam Packet in South Korea by the end of February, a spokesperson has confirmed to Manx Radio that the delivery remains on schedule.
Steam Packet staff will undergo training once the vessel arrives, before it enters service ahead of TT.
