Vessel's arrival delayed due to fault in previous trials
The new Steam Packet vessel due to enter service later this year has resumed sea trials.
The Manxman has been undergoing repairs after developing a gearbox issue during trials earlier this year, which has delayed its arrival in Manx waters.
A statement from the Steam Packet says Manxman's builders are conducting routine sea trials to test performance of the vessel and systems.
A team from the operators are observing on board, and to ensure the vessel meets all design specifications.
