Animal charity's message following abuse case
Pet owners on the Isle of Man are being urged to ask for help if they’re struggling to care for their animals.
It follows a court case last week which saw a 61-year-old woman jailed for 20 weeks for causing unnecessary suffering to 19 horses and ponies.

The ManxSPCA’s general manager has told Manx Radio the animals were like 'standing skeletons' and admits the situation made her cry.
But Juana Warburton says the punishment handed down sends out a clear message:
