Minister Thomas quizzed on final costs of the project
There are 'many defects' still outstanding on Douglas Promenade which require financial assessment.
That's according to the Infrastructure Minister who's stated 'over 900' defects were notified through the contractual process.
The scheme to improve the promenade was officially completed in March 2022.
Mr Thomas was asked if the final costs for the whole project have been worked out:
