Event one of many around world
A march will take place on the Island on Sunday to highlight the importance of the Paris summit on climate change which gets underway next week.
138 heads of state are expected to attend the summit in the French capital which will run until 11th of December.
The march in Douglas will be attended by many well-known groups including Friends of the Earth, the One World Centre, Christian Aid and Manx Birdlife and the groups will be accompanied by the drummers of Samba Man.
Co-ordinator of Isle of Man Friends of the Earth, Peter Christian, says events are taking place around the world to highlight the importance of the talks
The March will start at 2pm this Sunday (29th) at the Sea Terminal and heads up Lord Street . . along Duke Street . . Strand Street . Castle Street . . then ends up at the war memorial.
