Progress being slowed say scheme backers
The team behind a proposed marina scheme for Ramsey say they are waiting for an "expressions of interest" statement from the Government.
It's claimed it is that which is currently slowing their progress.
Prior to a large public meeting in Ramsey in March, in which the plans were outlined, the chief minister said it was important that, as he termed it, 'due process' was followed.
That would include an "expressions of interest" statement, to judge who else might be thinking along similar lines.
