Developer looking to be green
The man behind the Ramsey Bay marina proposal believes it will add one million pounds a year to the local economy.
Harbours and maritime expert Robin Bromley-Martin says the 400-berth facility will attract up to 10,000 additional visitors to the town.
He's also aware of environmental concerns with the Ramsey Bay Marine Conservation Area and intends to achieve the British Marine Federation's top accreditation.
Mr Bromley-Martin says the aim is to be as green as possible:
