Manx Wildlife Trust called to fourth incident of its kind
Manx Wildlife Trust was called out to reports of a seal with a plastic hoop stuck around it neck last night.
The marine officer was unable to catch the animal.
The charity says this is the fourth incident of this kind in three months.
It has warned people to dispose of their waste 'carefully'.
