The message may come a little late for some - but it is possible to have an entirely Manx Christmas dinner.
So says DEFA, which is promoting the benefits of spending local during the festive season.
It's part of a push to grow the Island's food and drink industry by £50 million in the coming years.
Islanders are being encouraged by the Department to buy as much local produce as possible for their festive feasts.
Turkey, the traditional trimmings and even Christmas pudding can now be sourced locally.
Food Development Manager Andrew Lees says it makes for low 'food miles', and keeps more cash in the Manx economy:
