All have 'close links' with Douglas
The Isle of Man Parrot Sanctuary, Douglas RNLI and Live at Home have been given the support of the new Mayor of Douglas as part of the Mayoral Fundraising Appeal.
Mayor Natalie Byron says the charities are 'close to her heart' and are a 'vital' part of the Douglas community.
The scheme was launched officially at a reception last Friday with representatives from each of the charities in attendance.
She says she wants to bring awareness to charities providing 'help and support' within Douglas.
