
It's hoped the Manx Business Connection's deal with BA CityFlyer on the London City route will bring some long-term stability, and prevent similar cuts happening in future.
The MBC has also been working with government and the Island's business community to make the deal happen, particularly Microgaming, which is underwriting the service.
Soon, there will once again be three return flights daily to the English capital.
