More work needed before date for introduction can be set
The policy and reform minister says means testing is a “complex undertaking” and will not be implemented before government is confident in its technological infrastructure, to ensure personal information is safeguarded.
Chris Thomas was responding to a request from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper, that he made a statement on the introduction of means testing in the House of Keys this morning.
