Holistic approach planned locally
As Manx people in Florida count the cost of Huricane Irma, a plan is being developed on the Island to protect the most vunerable sites from the ravages of extreme weather.
Measures to be implemeted over a number of years are in place.
Environment department member, MHK Tim Baker, describes it as an 'holistic approach'.
