A Ballasalla father and son have spoken of their delight after a campaign to secure a World War Two medal paid dividends.
Eddie Power and his 11-year-old son Andrew got involved in the project to ensure Eddie’s father Richard, who lives in Devon, was honoured for his work with the Foreign Office's Political Intelligence Department.
Richard Power's job was to help broadcast propaganda bulletins to demoralise Italian and German troops.
