Hearing resumes this morning
Medical experts are due to give evidence to a tribunal as it seeks to determine what payout the Island’s former medical director should receive after being unfairly dismissed for whistleblowing.
In January, the remedy hearing examined the impact the case had had on Dr Rosalind Ranson’s career, other salaries within Manx Care and pension liability.
However, evidence on Dr Ranson’s health was delayed due to travel disruption caused by the weather conditions at the time.
She was dismissed from her role after raising concerns about the Island’s handling of the Covid-19 pandemic.
