Law on vehicles 2.5+ tonnes outlined
A public meeting's being held in Peel this week, amid concerns over the number of motor homes and other large vehicles being parked in the area overnight and at weekends.
Commissioners say they organised a requisition meeting, after receiving a petition signed by 12 electors in Peel.
The infrastructure minister and local MHK Ray Harmer will be asked to explain the legislation restricting vehicles over 2.5 tonnes from parking in speed-limited areas.
It's due to be held at Corrin Hall this Thursday (25 May) at 7pm.
