Commissioners urge people of Bride to attend
Proposals for a luxury development at Glen Truan Golf Links have divided opinion in the parish of Bridge.
Businessman John Morphet has plans to build a new clubhouse and 55 residential and holiday log cabins at the site.
Residents who oppose the development have called a public meeting on the matter next Thursday, 28 Sep, at the Methodist Hall.
Meanwhile Commissioners are encouraging them to instead attend a meeting five days later after they've viewed the plans.
Blueprints be available to view on Saturday 30 September, also at the Church Hall.
Vice chairman Ian Beach is urging residents to hold fire until they've seen the plans in more detail:
Smile of Mann programme to start in primary schools next year
Loganair passengers yet to be reunited with bags left in Manchester on Sunday
Kirk Michael man taking on 31 marathons in 31 days in memory of friend
